Our Facilities
St. Louis Life broke ground on its facility in August 2006. The O'Fallon-based PARIC company served as the general contractor, with The Lawrence Group as St. Louis Life's architect. Construction was complete in June 2007.
St. Louis Life's campus is comprised of two buildings--the Commons and the Residential Apartments. At 4,700 square feet, the Commons Building is two floors and includes:
Community Dining Room
Exercise Room
Living Room
Recreation Room
Arts and Crafts Room
Library
Media
Staff Offices
Restrooms
The Residential Apartment building consists of 16 single occupancy apartments, as well as laundry facilities on both floors. Each apartment is 650 square feet and includes a full kitchen, living room, built-in desk with high-speed internet access, bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bath. Emergency alarms are built into both the kitchen and bathrooms that will notify staff on duty if needed.
Both buildings meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements, have smoke detectors and sprinklers throughout, and are monitored by a security-system.
